The candidate for the program must

• Be an ITF certified Black Belt
• Be a full time employee
• Be over 21 years of age
• Be proficient at spoken and written English by the completion of the Program

In order to successfully complete the program and qualify for opening a Tien Lung school, the candidate must be found to be satisfactory in the following areas:

1. Understanding and application of Tien Lung teaching systems.
    
2. Basic School Maintenance.
    
3. Organizing, promoting and hosting Special Events.
    
4. Organizing, promoting and hosting Social Events.
    
5. Creating displays and promoting Pro-shop sales.
    
6. Implementing internal and external promotion and advertising campaigns.
    
7. Understanding the benefits of the various memberships as well as promoting and administrating them.
    
8. Staff supervisory and management skills.
    
9. Project management including planning, on-site adaptations and post-project evaluation.
    
10. Volunteer coordination.
     
11. Developing budgetary and financial administration skills.
     
12. Using the recommended School Management software.
     
13. Advanced understanding and adherence to Taekwon-Do protocol and etiquette.
     
14. Receive “Master” level Instructor according to C.A.T.PRO requirements.
     
15. Maintaining and ordering stock and inventory.
     
16. Cross training at various Tien Lung locations.
