Learn to… Inspire and motivate others Set and achieve personal goals Work with all of the ages & backgrounds Develop support networks		Opportunities To assist in Tournaments To assist in Camps (summer, spring break, etc) To assist in Social events & graduations To assist Instructors in class

Activities Celebrity guest speakers Etiquette supper Annual Instructor’s Seminar CPR & First Aid classes		Receive Recognition photo on the wall Leadership badge T-shirt with each level completed Technical manuals Access to TLP library Extra specialty classes

Yes, the TLP program is a national pre-requisite to becoming a Tien Lung Instructor

Are the Instructors well paid?

In addition to thank you’s from the students, yes our Instructors are well paid. We have a progressive salary grid which includes opportunities for bonuses earned based on their performances.
