I , (Parent/Guardian/Competitor 18 yrs or older) have read and hereby agree to be bound by the requirements, rules and regulations listed on this website and I fully understand that if any competitor does not comply with these requirements, rules and regulations that the non-compliant competitor will not be allowed to compete at the CTFI Provincial Championships.

I also understand that the sport of Taekwon-Do has risks associated with its use, thus I or on behalf of my child or ward agree that all competitors assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in anyway to the CTFI Provincial Championships, Tien Lung Taekwon-Do and the its sponsors, including, but not limited to, the danger associated with patterns, sparring or board breaking exercises. I also understand that competitors and their Parent(s)/Guardian(s) waive all claims against International Taekwon-Do Federation, Canadian Taekwon-Do Federation International, Tien Lung Taekwon Do, its volunteers, employees, directors, agents, sponsors, officials and the owner operator of the facility whether or not such claims arise from negligence of any of the said parties. Furthermore, I also agree that payments made to Tien Lung Taekwon-Do are non-refundable concerning the CTFI Provincial Championships and all images taken in conjunction with the tournament become the property of the CTFI Provincial Championships and Tien Lung Taekwon-Do without remuneration. Finally, I agree that all competitors and spectators will conduct themselves, while attending the CTFI Provincial Championships, in accordance to the STUDENT OATH and the TENETS OF TAEKWON-DO: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit.
